Made it out to Borth by around 11am a bit late due to rush hour etc grrrr.

Seemed pretty decent wind so rigged up the 5m and went for the Mistral Flow to give me the extra float as I'm not that good out in the waves. Al was already out having a great time.

Launched and found that I was well powered up and could just launch onto the plain straight into the straps then hit the 1st or 2nd wave to try some small jumps. The wind filled in and I was over powered but couldn't be bothered to come in and change down, probably should have change the board down.

At one point Al came screaming past and called out before launching into a forward, looked really good but with the onshore wind direction there just wasn't enough room to get all the way around.

Soon got tired so stopped trying the jumps and went for some really fast carves but was so overpowered bearing away and never completed any but great fun.

I like this wind direction as there is plenty to practice without having to go too far out.

Excellent fun and I didn't trash anything.....
